We first met Grace and Andrew back in 2019, when they were planning their June 2020 wedding. And then COVID happened, and friends and family being in attendance meant far too much to them to scale their event back, so they postponed their event to June of 2021. We were thrilled they chose us to be their St. Clair Inn wedding photographer team. You may remember Sarah and Maciej from their engagement session in Grand Haven. They were the perfect couple to kick off our busy “summer wedding” schedule that first weekend in June. Because of all the busy pandemic re-schedules, Courtney and I have had to split up a few times and work with other people. So Serena and I (hi! It’s Megan!) headed out to Flushing, Michigan, for a hot June day at Sarah’s family property.  (more…)

We met MaryLyn and Chris back last fall during their engagement photography session in Port Huron. They both live about an hour away and were looking for a Metro Detroit Wedding Photography team for their upcoming May 2021 wedding at Solitude Links. Solitude Links is the perfect remote location for those couples looking for that “up north” feel in a venue, but don’t want to drive that far. The 45-50 min commute into the Port Huron area is an easy shot, and the location is one of our favorite “hidden gems.”  (more…)
